Hackster is now a million members strong with nearly 20,000 projects and millions of monthly visitors to our community’s website, blog, and social media properties.
But what does it all add up to?
The collective knowledge and innovation that lives within Hackster is nothing short of humbling. From skin cancer detection devices and Alzheimer’s wearable assistants, to automated bartenders and climate management systems, to ambient interfaces and companion robots — there’s a new world out there, not bound by old rules, location, or educational pedigree, combining complex hardware, AI/ML, and cloud technologies to create something new, something better.
So now what?
We’re working on several initiatives focused on startups and growth companies, expanding their influence and bringing their products to market with Avnet. We’ll be deepening the experiences and technical knowledge of our users through more virtual Workshops (on topics ranging from machine learning to blockchain) and converging our blog and content into a single platform called News.
But before we embark on what’s next, we would love to hear from you. Help us make Hackster better by taking a two-minute survey (and be automatically entered for a chance to win prizes like a new Arduino Nano or Raspberry Pi 4) that will become part of our roadmap for 2020 and beyond.
